Terms of Use

By accessing or using Labkro ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform. Labkro is a product of Oppexl Technologies LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India ("Oppexl", "we", "us", or "our").

Labkro is an online marketplace that connects patients with certified diagnostic laboratories across India. We facilitate test discovery, price comparison, appointment booking, home sample collection scheduling, and payment processing. We do not ourselves perform any diagnostic tests or provide medical advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the Platform independently. If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform you represent that you meet these requirements.

You must provide a valid Indian mobile number and complete OTP verification to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at support@labkro.in.

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is received.
• Appointment slots are subject to availability at the chosen lab.
• You must carry a valid government-issued photo ID to the lab.
• Test results are provided by the lab directly and are their sole responsibility.
• Labkro does not interpret, diagnose, or provide medical opinions on test results.

Labs listed on the Platform are independent third-party entities. Labkro verifies certification claims on a best-effort basis but does not guarantee the accuracy of any lab's displayed certifications, turnaround times, or pricing. Any dispute arising from a lab's service must be resolved directly with the lab; however, you may report issues to us and we will act as a facilitator.

• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Platform.
• Impersonating any person or entity.

All content, trademarks, logos, and software on the Platform are the exclusive property of Oppexl Technologies LLP or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oppexl Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to reliance on test results or lab services. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via SMS or in-app notification.
