Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

Labkro, operated by Oppexl Technologies LLP, aims to make cancellations and refunds as simple and fair as possible. This policy applies to all diagnostic test bookings made through labkro.in. Please read it carefully before completing a booking.

2. Cancellation by Patient

3. Home Collection Bookings

  • Cancellations made more than 2 hours before the scheduled collection time are eligible for a 100% refund.
  • Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled collection are eligible for a 50% refund.
  • If the patient is unavailable at the time of collection and did not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued.

4. Cancellation or Failure by the Lab

If a lab cancels your appointment, is unable to perform the test, or significantly changes the appointment time without your agreement, you are entitled to:

  • A full 100% refund, or
  • A free rebooking at a different lab of your choice (subject to availability).

Please report lab-side cancellations to support@labkro.in within 24 hours of the original appointment time.

5. Technical or Payment Failures

If your payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed due to a technical error, you will receive a full refund within 5 business days without needing to request it. If you do not receive a refund, contact support@labkro.in with your transaction details.

6. How to Cancel

  • Log in to your Labkro account at labkro.in/profile and cancel directly from your bookings.
  • Alternatively, email support@labkro.in with your booking ID and registered mobile number.

7. Refund Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Cashfree's standard settlement times apply. If you do not receive your refund within 10 business days, please contact us.

8. Non-Refundable Items

  • Convenience fees, if any, charged at the time of booking.
  • Tests where sample collection has already been completed.
  • Subscription plan fees (refund subject to separate subscription terms).

9. Disputes

If you believe your refund was incorrectly denied, email support@labkro.in within 14 days of the booking date with your booking ID and reason. We aim to resolve all disputes within 7 business days.
