The Role
What the Social Media role is about
You'll own Labkro's social presence end-to-end — planning the content calendar, creating posts and reels, writing crisp on-brand copy, and growing an engaged community that trusts Labkro for honest, affordable diagnostics.
Your Work
What you'll do
- ✓Plan and run the content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube/Shorts.
- ✓Create posts, reels, and graphics (with our tools and templates) that educate and convert.
- ✓Write crisp, on-brand captions and copy; spot and ride trends fast.
- ✓Engage the community — comments, DMs, and collaborations.
- ✓Track reach, engagement, and follower growth; iterate on what performs.
- ✓Partner with design and the founders on campaigns and launches.
About You
Who we're looking for
- ✓Strong sense of content, design, and storytelling — you know what works on each platform.
- ✓Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video and making quick graphics (Canva / CapCut, etc.).
- ✓Sharp writer with an eye for hooks and clarity.
- ✓Self-starter who ships daily and learns from the metrics.
- ✓Available full-time for the full 3 months.
