What the GTM role is about
You'll own how Labkro goes to market — designing launch playbooks for new cities, running acquisition experiments across channels, and building the partnership and referral funnels that turn interest into booked tests. It's part growth, part sales, part analytics.
What you'll do
- ✓Plan and run city / pincode launch playbooks to acquire both patients and labs.
- ✓Design and execute acquisition campaigns across channels; measure CAC, conversion, and ROI.
- ✓Build referral, offers, and partnership funnels that drive real bookings.
- ✓Analyse the funnel end-to-end and double down on what works.
- ✓Coordinate with operations so supply (labs) meets demand in every market.
- ✓Create pitch decks and sales collateral for onboarding new lab partners.
Who we're looking for
- ✓Analytical and creative — comfortable with funnels, spreadsheets, and messaging.
- ✓Persuasive communicator who can sell an idea and close a partnership.
- ✓Bias for experiments and fast iteration; you let data settle debates.
- ✓Curious about growth, distribution, and healthcare.
- ✓Available full-time for the full 3 months.
