Labkro is a technology platform that connects patients with trusted, certified diagnostic laboratories — compare prices, book lab tests near you, and get home sample collection. We're early, fast-moving, and building the rails for transparent, affordable healthcare across India.

What the Founder’s Office actually is

This isn't a narrow, single-function internship. You'll be the founders' right hand — jumping across whatever matters most that week: onboarding labs, chasing growth experiments, building dashboards, talking to customers, tightening operations, and turning ambiguous goals into shipped outcomes.

What you'll do

• ✓Run growth & marketing experiments end-to-end — from idea to numbers you can defend.
• ✓Onboard and support diagnostic-lab partners; help expand Labkro into new cities and pincodes.
• ✓Talk to patients and labs, distill insights, and feed them back into product and operations.
• ✓Build simple dashboards and analyses to track bookings, revenue, and partner health.
• ✓Own special projects directly assigned by the founders — and see them through to done.
• ✓Help with hiring, partnerships, content, and the hundred things a young startup needs.

Who we're looking for

• ✓Hungry generalist who learns fast and isn't afraid of ambiguity or grunt work.
• ✓Strong written and spoken communication — you can structure a thought and a spreadsheet.
• ✓Bias for action and ownership: you'd rather ship and iterate than wait for perfect instructions.
• ✓Comfortable with numbers and tools (Sheets/Excel; bonus for any data, design, or no-code skills).
• ✓Available full-time for the full 3 months. Healthcare/startup curiosity is a big plus.
